In this class you will learn to be aware of the primordial life force energy (kundalini) that flows through your own body, and we will bring this awareness into our sessions in class as you learn to support the unwinding of the fascia that envelopes the spinal cord, organs, and bones. You will also learn to work with the meridians in a simple yet profound way. In addition, you will develop an understanding of the chakra system and the way the information we hold in our chakras expresses in our bodies, and you will learn spiritual techniques for cleansing and owning your own chakra system. The tools that you acquire in this class will deepen both your Craniosacral practice and your own spirit/body relationship. 32 CE credits

The Brain and Eyes: Transforming Trauma Through Presence and Awareness

Our area of focus for this class will be the parts of the brain that can become fixed in a state of reactivity in response to past traumas, in order to release the imprints of trauma from those parts. Doing this can allow the brain to respond to life's stresses in the moment, without remaining stuck in reactivity to past traumatic experiences.
Because the eyes play a key role in ensuring our survival, we will also work with the eyes to help them to release the tension that can be caused by continually looking out for danger, so that we may view life through a more neutral lens.
Additionally, we will work with techniques drawn from the spiritual mysteries, in order to identify and release or transform the energies we carry from our own past traumatic experiences.
This class is a truly holistic healing experience for those who attend, and will provide students with powerful tools for assisting clients in releasing past trauma from their bodies and beings.

In this class you will learn and practice foundational Craniosacral anatomy, principles and techniques, as well as techniques drawn from the ancient mysteries to assist you with developing and maintaining clear energetic boundaries. We will work with the diaphragms and key cranial bones in order to release tension on the spine and in the head, and to open up the pathways for fluid and energy to move freely. Through hands-on practice and guided meditation, you will begin to let go of the restrictions within your own body and being that inhibit your experience of the subtle, so that you can connect on a deeper level with the ones you touch. By the end of class, you will be able to give a basic Craniosacral session, and will leave with tools for maintaining integrity within your own energetic system.
32 CE credits, including 4 ethics CE’s (energetic ethics)
