Reclaiming Your Voice:
The Mouth, The Jaw & The 5th Chakra

There are two aspects of the voice that we will work with in this class: the physical voice, which allows us to to express our truth and is an aspect of our personal power, and the inner, or spiritual voice, which is an aspect of our intuition that allows us to listen to our inner guidance and to hear what our bodies have to tell us.
In this class, you will learn and experience craniosacral techniques to aid in the exploration of held tension within the mouth and jaw, equipping you with tools for supporting the opening and release of long-held patterns that contribute to that tension. You will also receive guidance in the spiritual mysteries as they relate to the 5th chakra, in order to explore and release energies you carry that inhibit your access to your own inner guidance and truth. As you explore and transform what you carry within your own body and being, you become a clearer vessel for supporting others in their healing journeys.
This class meets the requirements for intraoral endorsement for LMT‘s in Washington state. 32 CE’s.
Prerequisite: Foundations of Craniosacral & Energetic Sovereignty. Taking The Sphenoid & Inner Sight is recommended prior to this class, but not required.

Foundations of Craniosacral & Energetic Sovereignty

In this class you will learn and practice foundational Craniosacral anatomy, principles and techniques, as well as techniques drawn from the ancient mysteries to assist you with developing and maintaining clear energetic boundaries. We will work with the major diaphragms and key cranial bones in order to release tension on the spine and in the head, and to open up the pathways for fluids and energy to move freely. Through hands-on practice and guided meditation, you will begin to let go of the restrictions within your own body and being that inhibit your experience of the subtle, so that you can connect on a deeper level with the ones you touch. By the end of class, you will be able to give a basic Craniosacral session, and will leave with tools for maintaining integrity within your own energetic system. 32 CE credits, including 4 ethics CE’s (energetic ethics)
