In this class you will learn spiritually focused techniques that will help you to take charge of your energetic space. You will also be guided through explorations of unconscious patterns that you may be operating through that cause you to take on energy from others or to be drained by others, while using the techniques you learn to help you to release the energies that hold those patterns in place. This is powerful, transformative work that can empower you to change the way you relate to others and to your life. Class size is limited to 10. Foundations of Craniosacral
& Energetic Sovereignty

In this class you will learn and practice foundational Craniosacral anatomy, principles and techniques. You will work with the main diaphragms and key cranial bones in order to release tension on the spine and in the head, and to open up the pathways for fluid and energy to move freely. You will also learn techniques drawn from the ancient mysteries to assist you with developing and maintaining clear energetic boundaries. Through hands-on practice and guided meditation, you will begin to let go of the restrictions within your own body and being that inhibit your experience of the subtle, so that you can connect on a deeper level with the ones you touch. By the end of class, you will be able to give a basic Craniosacral session, and will leave with tools for maintaining integrity within your own energetic system. 32 CE credits, including 4 ethics CE’s (energetic ethics)

As we reclaim these connections within ourselves, we are better able to guide others through their inner depths and into true healing. 32 CE credits.
