Personal Transformation Through Kundalini & The Chakras

Kundalini is the transformative primordial energy that rests near the base of the spine, and activates naturally during times of growth in a person’s life. We can learn to activate and work with this energy consciously at any time in our lives, in order to stimulate and support our spiritual growth and healing. In this class, you will learn to do just that: to consciously and safely activate and work with this powerful energy as an aid to your growth and healing.
As the kundalini flows through your system, you will also be guided in an exploration of the information that you have stored within your chakras, while identifying and releasing any outdated information that you have been operating through that is no longer serving you. Working in this way offers the opportunity for profound and lasting change in the way that you relate to yourself and to your life.
Prerequisite: Personal Sovereignty Through Spiritual Awareness, or instructor permission

Foundations of Craniosacral & Energetic Sovereignty
October 2-5, 2026

In this class you will learn and practice foundational Craniosacral anatomy, principles and techniques, as well as techniques drawn from the ancient mysteries to assist you with developing and maintaining clear energetic boundaries. We will work with the diaphragms and key cranial bones in order to release tension on the spine and in the head, and to open up the pathways for fluid and energy to move freely. Through hands-on practice and guided meditation, you will begin to let go of the restrictions within your own body and being that inhibit your experience of the subtle, so that you can connect on a deeper level with the ones you touch. By the end of class, you will be able to give a basic Craniosacral session, and will leave with tools for maintaining integrity within your own energetic system.
32 CE credits, including 4 ethics CE’s (energetic ethics)

Visceral Listening & Unwinding Unconscious Patterns

In this class, you will learn to connect with the intelligence inherent in the abdominal organs. To do this, we will first connect with the surrounding fascia in order to open space for and increase the organs’ mobility. We will then connect with the motility of the organs to increase the potency of the creative force that expresses through them. Finally, we will engage with the spiritual Intelligence that expresses through each organ, in order to explore the energies we carry that limit our ability to fulfill our life’s purpose, to understand what is keeping those energies fixed in place, and to release or transform those energies in service to our highest purpose. 32 CE credits.
