It’s hard to put into words what Lena has done for me. I originally came to her craniosacral classes simply to earn continuing education credits for my massage license, but what I’ve received has been beyond anything I could have imagined.
Lena has given me tools to navigate fear, stress, anxiety, and so much more. Her classes have opened the door to a way of living I didn’t even realize was possible. What she offers goes far beyond craniosacral work — the space she holds is truly profound.

How does one describe what happens in this space with Lena. This isn't just a 4 day Craniosacral class, which is what I signed up for in the beginning. Its an experience. I've taken 4 of her classes now and each one I'm in awe of the healing there. This is more a retreat, a spiritual awakening, a chance to heal those parts of you that are ready, and to facilitate the same in those around you. These classes are just amazing.

I of course went into the Foundations of Craniosacral training, to add this gentle healing modality to my offerings, as a Healing practitioner.
It became apparent on day one, that this healing work is first and foremost for the practitioner.

It’s been eight months since I began Lena’s CST program, and I truly could never have imagined how deeply my life would change. Not only have I experienced profound healing within myself, but I’ve also learned how to hold space for others with more compassion, presence, and love.
Lena often says this work is healing for both the practitioner and the client, and I’ve found that to be absolutely true. While I still have work to do, my heart, mind, body, and spirit feel closer to peace than ever before.
