Foundations of Craniosacral & Energetic Sovereignty
October 2-5, 2026
Everett, WA $700
In this class you will learn and practice foundational Craniosacral anatomy, principles and techniques, as well as techniques drawn from the ancient mysteries to assist you with developing and maintaining clear energetic boundaries. We will work with the diaphragms and key cranial bones in order to release tension on the spine and in the head, and to open up the pathways for fluid and energy to move freely. Through hands-on practice and guided meditation, you will begin to let go of the restrictions within your own body and being that inhibit your experience of the subtle, so that you can connect on a deeper level with the ones you touch. By the end of class, you will be able to give a basic Craniosacral session, and will leave with tools for maintaining integrity within your own energetic system.
32 CE credits, including 4 ethics CE’s (energetic ethics)

Visceral Listening & Unwinding Unconscious Patterns
November 13-16, 2026
Everett, WA $700
In this class, you will learn to connect with the intelligence inherent in the abdominal organs. To do this, we will first connect with the surrounding fascia in order to open space for and increase the organs’ mobility. We will then connect with the motility of the organs to increase the potency of the creative force that expresses through them. Finally, we will engage with the spiritual Intelligence that expresses through each organ, in order to explore the energies we carry that limit our ability to fulfill our life’s purpose, to understand what is keeping those energies fixed in place, and to release or transform those energies in service to our highest purpose. 32 CE credits.
Prerequisite: The Physical, Emotional & Spiritual Heart, or instructor permission
Class is full.

The Sphenoid & Inner Sight
January 22-25, 2027
Everett, WA $700
In this class, we will open up space for the sphenoid bone to move as it was meant to move; with freedom and ease. As we free up sphenoid we will facilitate motion and open up space for all of the cranial bones. We are so much more than these bodies, but our bodies become much more easily inhabitable when we experience freedom of motion. Where there is space, light can flow in.
The sixth chakra, the center of our inner sight, is located just above sphenoid. We are all born clairvoyant, but often lose touch with this ability as we are taught to focus on the world outside of us. In this class, you will begin to let go of programming that has disconnected you from your clairvoyance, so that you can reclaim your ability to use it as the powerful self-healing tool that it is meant to be.
By the end of class, you will experience a new spaciousness within your head, as well as a greater connection to your inner sight and spirit. In addition, you will leave with many new tools for assisting your clients in their healing journeys.

Reclaiming Your Voice: The Mouth, The Jaw & The 5th Chakra
April 16-19, 2027
Everett, WA $700
There are two aspects of the voice that we will work with in this class: the physical voice, which allows us to stand up for ourselves and others, to express our truth, and is an important aspect of our personal power, and the inner, or spiritual voice, which is an aspect of our intuition that allows us to listen to our inner guidance and to hear what our bodies have to tell us.
In this class, you will learn and experience craniosacral techniques to aid you in the exploration of held tension within the mouth and jaw, equipping you with tools for supporting the opening and release of long-held patterns that contribute to that tension. You will also be guided each day in working with the spiritual mysteries as they relate to the 5th chakra, in order to explore and release anything that you carry that inhibits your access to your own inner guidance and truth. As you explore and transform what you carry within your own body and being, you become a clearer vessel for supporting others in their healing journeys.
This class meets the requirements for intraoral endorsement for LMT‘s in Washington state. 32 CE’s.
